Bonus miner
Bonus Miner types and terms may vary between users. The company may offer different versions of the feature as part of marketing tests or seasonal experiments.
What is a bonus miner?
The Bonus Miner is a free promotional tool that lets you try GoMining and earn additional rewards. By completing different in-app tasks, you can increase its mining power and personalize its look.
Where can I find my Bonus Miner?
There are two ways to find your Bonus Miner:
My Miners → Mining Farm: Your Bonus Miner is listed with your other miners in the Miners section.
Promo Section: Open the Promos area and choose Bonus Miner tasks.
How do I start using it?
Visit the Bonus Miner page and click Activate. After activation, start completing tasks to upgrade your miner.
How does the task system work?
Tasks let you earn extra rewards and help you get the most out of your Bonus Miner.
Look for available tasks in the Tasks tab on the Bonus Miner page or in the Promos section.
Finish each task within its deadline. For some tasks, you need to click Claim to receive your reward.
What types of tasks are available?
Most tasks encourage you to use different features of the service and help you get comfortable with how everything works.
Tasks are grouped by difficulty level. The tasks you see will depend on what you have already done in GoMining:
Level 1: These tasks are available right away, with no extra steps needed.
Level 2: These tasks become available after you buy a new miner.
Level 3: These tasks unlock after you upgrade your miner's power or efficiency.
New tasks for your Bonus Miner can show up at any time, so check back regularly.
GoMining reserves the right to modify or remove tasks before they are completed.
How do I upgrade the power of my Bonus Miner?
You can make your Bonus Miner more powerful by earning special bonuses, which you usually get for finishing tasks.
To see all your current and available power upgrades, go to the Upgrades section on the Bonus Miner page.
Can I withdraw rewards from the Bonus Miner?
You can only withdraw rewards from the Bonus Miner after you buy a miner of any power directly from GoMining or open a GoMining Card. This rule helps prevent misuse and keeps things fair for everyone.
Buying a miner on the secondary market, receiving one in your crypto wallet, or obtaining one through any method other than GoMining does not count as a qualifying purchase.
If you haven’t bought a miner, any rewards from your Bonus Miner that are over 90 days old will be deleted automatically.
Why hasn’t my task reward been credited?
If you completed a task but haven’t received your reward, try these steps:
Open the Not Active tab. If the task shows as
Completed, your reward has been added. If it saysExpired, you missed the deadline and won’t receive the reward.Some rewards are not given automatically; you have to click Claim on the task card after meeting all the requirements.
Make sure you followed all instructions for the task and completed it within the time limit.

What happens if I am inactive?
If you stop using the service for a long time, some of your older Bonus Miner rewards might expire. Don’t worry, your Bonus Miner and any upgrades you’ve earned will still be on your account.
How do I customize my Bonus Miner's appearance?
You can make your Bonus Miner unique by unlocking and using new colors and styles.
To start customizing, click the Customize button below your Bonus Miner.
From there, you can view all available customization options and apply any you’ve unlocked.
Some styles require completing special tasks before you can use them. If you see a lock icon, it means you need to finish a task to unlock that look.
How does the bonus miner work in Miner Wars mode?
If you own at least one digital miner, your Bonus Miner adds its power to yours in Miner Wars.
Your Bonus Miner earns points every second based on its power. The more power it has, the higher your chance of winning a round.
When calculating clan rewards, your Bonus Miner’s power only counts for the rounds when it was active.

How does the bonus miner affect maintenance fees and discounts?
Once you own a digital miner, your Bonus Miner is included in all reward and maintenance fee calculations.
All standard discounts, including VIP levels and the Service Button, apply to your Bonus Miner.
Fees for the Bonus Miner are calculated using the same rules as your other miners.
The Auto-reinvest in TH feature cannot be enabled for the Bonus Miner.
