Open a position
NOTE
In the European Economic Area (EEA), only USDC is available. USDT is not supported.
You can cover a position with your BTC balance or with one of your miners.
Use BTC
- Open Instant Funds.
- Click Get USDT or USDC. Make sure the Use BTC tab is selected.
- Choose USDT or USDC and enter the amount you need. The app calculates how much BTC will be locked.
- (Optional) Drag the Risk level slider to change the balance between what you'll receive and the BTC you lock. A lower risk level means more BTC is locked.
- (Optional) Turn Auto-renewal on or off. When on, your position renews automatically for another 30 days at the deadline, and the service fee for the new period is added to your outstanding amount.
- Click Get USDT (or Get USDC).
- On the Confirm position screen, review the details, accept the Instant Funds Service Terms and Forced repayment rules, and click Confirm.
Use Miner
- Open Instant Funds and click Get USDT or USDC.
- Select the Use Miner tab.
- Under Collateral, click the miner card. On the Select miner screen, pick an eligible miner and click Confirm. To see how a miner's value is calculated, click the ? next to Value.
- In You receive, choose USDT or USDC and enter the amount you need.
- (Optional) Drag the Risk level slider to change the balance between what you'll receive and your miner's value. A lower risk level means a lower Liquidation value, so your position is safer.
- Review To repay, the service fee, and the repayment deadline. Auto-renewal is always on for miner positions and can't be turned off, so the service fee is charged again for each new 30-day period.
- Click Get USDT (or Get USDC).
- On the Confirm position screen, review the details, accept the Instant Funds Service Terms and Forced repayment rules, and click Confirm.
Your miner is locked as collateral until you fully repay the position, and it keeps earning BTC rewards while the position is open.
