Withdraw a digital miner

You can withdraw digital miners stored in your virtual wallet to any of your personal wallets linked to your account.

NOTE

The recipient wallet network must match the miner's network:

  • Miners issued on the ETH network can be withdrawn only to ERC-20 wallets
  • Miners issued on the BSC network can be withdrawn only to BEP-20 wallets

The same rule applies to miners on other supported networks.

  1. Go to the My miners section and click the miner you want to withdraw.
  2. Click the Withdraw button on the miner's page.
  3. Select the recipient address based on your miner's network. If you haven't added the address yet, see Add an ETH/BSC Wallet.
  4. If needed, add other miners to withdraw several at once. Then click Next.
  5. Check all the data carefully. Enter the confirmation code sent to your email and click Confirm.

Your withdrawal request will be completed within 24 hours.
