Offers
What are Offers?
Offers is your personal list of promo codes and discounts, together with the referral bonus from the person who invited you. Some run for a limited time, others stay with your account, like the discount for owning a GoMiner avatar.
Each offer works on one kind of purchase: creating a miner, upgrading its power, or upgrading its efficiency.
Where do I find my promo codes and discounts?
On your Home screen, open the Promos block and tap Offers. Offers you can use are listed first, and the ones you have already used or that have expired go under the Not active section.
What is the difference between a discount and a promo code?
- A discount has no code: its card takes you straight to the purchase with the Go to purchase button.
- A promo code shows the code on the card, for example
NEWMINER15, with a button to copy it. - Your referral bonus works like a promo code and carries the referral code of the person who invited you.
The name tells you what you get and where it works: -10% on miner creation, +10% TH bonus on power upgrade, +10% GOMINING bonus on efficiency upgrade.
A discount lowers the price straight away. A TH bonus is added to your miner and a GOMINING bonus goes to your wallet, both after the purchase is completed. Either one can be capped: if your percentage comes out higher than the Maximum discount or Maximum bonus on the card, you get the cap.
How do I apply one?
There are two ways.
During a purchase. At the bottom of the miner creation or upgrade screen, press the See all button, select an offer in the list, and press Apply. For a code that is not in your list, choose Enter promo code and type it in.
From the Offers screen. Open the card of the offer you want. A discount has the Go to purchase button, which takes you to the purchase it works on. A promo code has the Apply button.
Can I use two offers on one purchase?
No. One purchase takes one offer: choosing another clears the first.
Why does my promo code say Pending?
The code is on hold while your purchase is in progress, so it cannot be used anywhere else. Cancel that purchase and the code becomes available again. Purchase history on the card shows where the purchase stands.
Why is my offer in the Not active section?
Open the card and it tells you which of these happened:
- Applied on or Used on a date: you have already used it.
- Expired on a date: the validity period ended, and it cannot be extended.
- Unavailable since a date: it stopped applying to you, and the card gives the reason.
Why can't I apply my promo code?
The reason appears under the code field. The condition that blocks the code is also highlighted in the offer terms.
The most common reasons:
- The code is mistyped or does not exist. Copy it again from the message or link you received.
- It has expired or you have already used it. Check the card in the Not active section.
- Your total is below the minimum. Compare it with Minimum purchase amount.
- Your payment method is not supported. Some offers say Applies only to crypto payments.
- It is only for a first purchase, and you already have one.
- It is meant for a different purchase. An offer named for an efficiency upgrade will not work on miner creation.
If everything looks right and the code still fails, contact support with the code and the purchase you are trying to make.
Why can't I apply a referral code?
A referral code goes in the same field as a promo code. It will not work if it is your own code, if you already have a referrer, if you have already made a purchase, or if you registered more than 30 days ago.
If the code will not go through during a purchase, enter it on your profile page instead. That route is the more reliable one, and it works as long as you have not bought anything yet.
For the other ways to create the connection and the full conditions, see how the connection is made.
Can I transfer a promo code or exchange it for money?
No. Promo codes cannot be transferred to another account and cannot be exchanged for cash.
GoMining may change, suspend, or cancel any offer if fraud, abuse, or a technical problem is suspected.
