Buy crypto
Buy crypto purchases an asset with fiat and credits it to your wallet. To bring in crypto you already hold elsewhere, use Deposit crypto instead.
How to buy
- Tap Top up, on the main screen or on the Wallet screen.
- On Top up your wallet, choose Buy crypto.
- On the Select crypto screen, choose the asset you want to receive.
- Enter the amount you want to buy. Total underneath shows what you pay, with the fee already included. Tap the question mark next to it for the breakdown.
- Tap the payment method row to open Payment method. Your cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay are listed first, each with its own fee, and Add card saves a new one. Use Search to find any other method.
- Tap Proceed to payment and follow the provider's instructions.
The available methods depend on your country, shown by the flag in the top-right corner of the Payment method screen.
Fees
A processing fee applies and differs by payment method. The rate is shown next to each method on the Payment method screen, and the Total on the buy screen already includes it, so the amount you see is the amount you pay.
Where to see the status
History, in the top-right corner of the buy screens, lists your purchases. Transactions for a specific asset are also listed under History on that asset's page.
