Withdraw crypto
Check the recipient address and the network before you confirm. A withdrawal sent on a network the receiving wallet does not support cannot be reversed.
How to withdraw
- Open Wallet in the left menu, under Accounts, and tap Withdraw.
- On the Select crypto screen, choose the asset. The list shows the balance available on your virtual wallet for each one.
- On the Select network screen, choose the network that matches the receiving wallet. Each row shows that network's own minimum and fee, so compare them before choosing: for USDT, most networks ask for 2 USDT with a 1 USDT fee, while TRON asks for 5 USDT with a 4 USDT fee.
- Enter the recipient address and the amount. You can save the address as your default so it is pre-filled next time, and change it at any point during a withdrawal.
- Check the fee and the amount that will actually arrive.
- Confirm with two-factor authentication and the code sent to your email. Both are required for a withdrawal; a conversion inside the wallet asks for neither.
Where to see the status
Open the asset page and scroll to History. Every withdrawal, deposit, and conversion for that asset is listed there, and Filter narrows the list.
Choosing a network
Assets are stored off-chain in your wallet and are not tied to the network you deposited on, so you can deposit GOMINING on BNB Smart Chain and withdraw it on Ethereum. What matters is that the receiving wallet supports the network you pick. See Wallet Overview for the assets and networks available.
Fees and limits
- Fees are not fixed. They depend on network load and, for BTC, on the custody provider serving your account. The exact amount is shown on the withdrawal screen before you confirm.
- Token withdrawals have a minimum that depends on the network and a maximum that is the same across networks. These values can change, so check the current ones on the withdrawal screen.
- Confirmed BTC withdrawals arrive within 1 hour.
When a withdrawal is unavailable
- Security mode. Changing your email or password, or disabling 2FA, pauses withdrawals and miner sales for 12 hours. Support can lift the hold after confirming your identity. See Security mode.
- BTC mining rewards. Withdrawing them requires completed KYC and at least one miner created directly on the platform. Miners bought on the secondary market or imported from elsewhere do not satisfy this. See Rewards.
- AML checks. A transaction flagged as high-risk can require source-of-funds confirmation before funds move. See Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
If you are in the EEA
Withdrawals to an external wallet ask you to identify the recipient under the MiCA and TFR Travel Rule. The amount is locked on your balance while the check runs; if it does not pass, the withdrawal is cancelled and the funds return to your balance. Only one withdrawal is processed at a time. See Travel Rule.
