Deposit crypto
Send at least the minimum amount in a single transaction, and send it on the same network you selected in the app. A transfer below the minimum, or one sent on the wrong network, is lost and cannot be recovered.
How to deposit
- Tap Top up, on the main screen or on the Wallet screen.
- On Top up your wallet, choose Deposit crypto, which covers a transfer from an on-chain wallet or exchange. Buy crypto below it is for a purchase with fiat, covered in Buy crypto.
- Choose the asset you want to deposit.
- On the Select network screen, choose the network you will send from. Each row shows the minimum deposit for that network.
- The deposit screen shows a QR code, the address, and a Network field naming the network the address belongs to. Copy the address or scan the QR code.
- Send the funds from your external wallet or exchange on exactly that network.
- Wait for the required network confirmations. The deposit is credited automatically.
Each address accepts one asset on one network. Sending a different asset, an NFT, or the right asset on a different network results in a permanent loss of funds.
You can also start from the asset itself: open Wallet in the left menu, under Accounts, tap the asset, and tap Deposit. It leads to the same network selection and deposit screen. Buy, next to it, purchases the asset inside the platform instead of bringing in crypto you already hold.
Where to see the status
Open the asset page and scroll to History. Every deposit, withdrawal, and conversion for that asset is listed there, and Filter narrows the list.
Minimum deposit per transaction
Anything below these amounts in a single transaction is unrecoverable:
- GOMINING: 1
- USDC: 1
- USDT: 1
- BTC: 0.00001
- BNB: 0.001
- ETH: 0.0005
- SOL: 0.01
- GRAM: 0.1
How long a deposit takes
Each asset is credited after a set number of confirmations on the sending network, from 1 confirmation on TON and Solana up to 34 on Ethereum. See the full table in Wallet Overview for the asset and network you are using.
There is no deposit fee. Assets are stored off-chain once credited, so you can deposit on one network and withdraw on another.
When your deposit address changes
Deposit addresses are permanent, and you can reuse them. Two cases are exceptions:
- After completing KYC in the EEA. Legal requirements may force new addresses. You will see a prompt in your wallet when this happens.
- After a high-risk deposit. If the AML system flags an incoming transaction, your addresses on that network stop working until you confirm the source of funds. You can then generate new ones.
Always copy the address from the app before each deposit rather than reusing a saved one, and check your wallet for a prompt to regenerate. See Wallet Overview and Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
If you are in the EEA
The first deposit from a new external address asks you to identify the sender under the MiCA and TFR Travel Rule. The check is one time per sender address and must be completed within 24 hours, or the deposit is not credited. See Travel Rule.
If a deposit does not arrive
Check, in this order:
- The asset and network are supported for deposits. See Wallet Overview.
- The amount met the minimum in a single transaction.
- The required confirmations have been reached on the sending network.
- Your wallet is not waiting on a Travel Rule or source-of-funds check.
If all four are fine and the funds are still missing, contact support with the transaction hash.
